A novel SMS based intervention (iTAB-CV) for poorly adherent individuals with bipolar disorder and hypertension was examined for preliminary feasibility and acceptability in 21 participants. Preliminary findings indicate that iTAB-CV is both feasible and accepted with a high degree of engagement among participants.
