College Students’ Experiences with Pranking and Bullying

This research explored experiences with engaging in and being the target of pranking (practical jokes) and bullying. Over 60% of participants reported experiencing pranking. Similar results were found for engaging in pranking. A clear distinction was found between the emotional tone of responses when describing bullying versus pranking events
