Putting the "Ted" in Talk: Androcentrism in Leader's Speeches

Androcentric perspectives contribute significantly to biases against women as leaders, leading to discrimination and preventing women from reaching and succeed at leadership roles. In a review of 50 presentations by 39 leaders of industry at TED Talks, we detected androcentrism by men and women in about half of the presentations.
