Diversity Entitlement: Diversity Benefits Ideology and Its Impact on Inclusion

Abstract
A diversity benefits rationale (e.g., benefits majority groups) for pursuing inclusion may cause Whites to implicitly expect to benefit from diversity at the expense of racial minorities. To test this, participants viewed different rationales for pursing diversity and rated policies that altered the primary beneficiary.
