Children with Severe Disabilities: Impact of Prior Contact and Humanizing Information

In the absence of humanizing information, attitudes toward and willingness to help a child with severe disabilities were predicted by level of prior contact with individuals with disabilities. Additionally, humanizing information led to more comfort while watching the video of a child with severe disabilities.
