Abstract
Data from 2,451 students (representing 40 universities and 15 disciplines) highlighted that depressive symptoms and withdrawal intentions correlate positively with maladaptive perfectionism and negatively with adaptive perfectionism (in a serial-mediation pathway through self-efficacy and burnout). Moderation effects (with imposterism) were found, alongside various predictors of both perfectionism types.
