The Effect of Red Color Priming on Cognitive Performance

Abstract

Past research found red color priming to have significant effects on cognitive performance (Mehta & Zhu, 2009). In an attempt to replicate these findings participants were primed with either the color red or a control before solving anagrams. These results differed from the findings of Mehta & Zhu (2009).
