Abstract

In a sample of business and undergraduate students, factor analysis of gender- and entrepreneurship-relevant variables revealed four coherent factors. Communal tendency was related to the interaction of gender and intended entrepreneurship. Women with high entrepreneurial intent endorsed high communal tendency, whereas men with high entrepreneurial intent endorsed low communal tendency.
