Let Health be Thy Medicine: Exploring Whether Self-Care Behaviours Can Predict Progress on Personal Goals.

Abstract
This study examines whether self-care behaviours lead to greater progress on personal goals. Three self-care behaviours (healthy eating, physical exercise, sleep) and progress on four personal goals were assessed three times throughout a semester. Healthy eating significantly predicted, while physical exercise marginally predicted, goal progress. Goal progress predicted better sleep.
