Abstract
We examined the role of cultural similarity, prejudice and threat in adults' understanding of outgroups' mental states. Turkish adults’ theory of mind performance toward Turkish ingroup members, and Syrian and Norwegian outgroup members was measured in relation to their level of prejudice toward and threat perception from these two outgroups.
