Abstract

Women of color in STEM experience the intersection of gender, ethnoracial, and academic/professional identities; however, it is difficult to quantitatively measure this intersectionality. We developed a coding scheme for responses to The Twenty Statements Test (Kuhn & McPartland, 1954) as a measure of intersectionality, applicable to various research areas.
