Shared Leadership and Performance in Project Teams: A Latent Growth Modeling Approach

This study examines the relationship between shared leadership and team performance. Data were collected from 78 project teams of undergraduate students (370 team members) participating in a project management simulation. Using a latent growth modeling approach, results support that positive changes in shared leadership are associated with team performance.
