The Role of Grit As a Factor in the Relationship between Mother and Student in College

Abstract
The present study investigated the personality trait grit and college students’ perceptions of their mothers. Grit was negatively correlated with perceived incompetence, pessimism about future career, relationship conflict, and frequency of reminders about daily living. Possible mediators of these relations are discussed.
Personality
