Outcomes of Mindfulness-Based Strengths Practice in College Students

Abstract
College student participants completed a 5-week Mindfulness Based Strengths Practice intervention. Over the course of the intervention, MBSP participants showed an increase in self-control and self-efficacy and a decrease in perceived stress, while students who did not participate remained the same or changed in the opposite direction across these variables.
