Clinical Empathy: Medical Perspectives

To improve empathy through medical practice, we tend to define its determinants, consequences and resources. Interviews with physicians and patients have identified a specific process with cognitive and behavioral components and many individual, situational and inter-individual determinants. It has a key role on care, and wellbeing of patients and physicians.
