Abstract

Gratitude and mindfulness are associated with both similar cognitive outcomes and distinct cognitive effects. The present study aimed to understand how gratitude and mindfulness impact attention, using a numerical stroop task. Results indicate that there is not a significant difference in mindfulness and gratitude’s effect on attention.
