Abstract

The ESP, a brief measure of clinician engagement and skill completed by consultants after a consultation session, may allow consultants to evaluate therapist fidelity in real time and switch consultation strategies accordingly. We examined the psychometric properties of the ESP and analyzed the association between the ESP and therapist fidelity.
