Abstract

Forty-one participants were randomly assigned to a religiously-primed condition or control. Participants solved 48 moral dilemmas while EEG recordings were made. While we did not find evidence for differences in emotional-based event-related brain components, we did find significant differences in slower, cognitive (P300-450) components for those in the religiously-primed condition.
