Abstract

We examined the interrelationships among daily sleep duration, sleep satisfaction, and daily exercise, measured objectively (step count) and subjectively (reports of mild, moderate, and vigorous exercise). Both steps and moderate exercise were positively related to same-day sleep measures, while sleep measures were negatively related to next-day steps and mild exercise.
