Abstract

This meta-analysis examines the relationship between personality predictors and various outcomes related to academic success, including productive and counterproductive classrooms behaviors, grades, and test scores, in middle and high school students. The results are consistent with prior research, and indicate the consistent impact of personality on classroom behavior and success.
