A Structural Model Predicting Avoidance, Fixed Mindset, and Imposter Syndrome

Abstract
A structural mediation model was proposed with Belief in Positive Future predicting Impostor Syndrome, Fixed Mindset, and Avoidance. The model yielded an adequate fit accounting for 2% of Fixed Mindset, 47% of Impostor Syndrome, and 51% of Avoidance. Full mediation was also achieved.
