Spirituality, Politics, and Well-Being in Sexual Minority Women of Color

Research on spirituality, politics, and well-being in Black and Latina sexual minority women (BLSMW) is limited. Twenty-five BLSMW surveyed on experiences related to the current sociopolitical climate reported higher symptoms of depression, anxiety, negative affect and lower positive affect since the 2016 U.S. Presidential election. Implications are discussed.
