Depersonalization severity was negatively correlated with life threat (r=-0.254). Conversely, derealization severity was negatively correlated with threat to self (r=-0.222). Depersonalization severity and presence were positively correlated with learning (r=0.196 and r=0.235, respectively), witnessing (presence: r=0.196), and being exposed to aversive details (severity: r=0.215; presence: r=0.240) about traumatic event.
