Abstract
This empirical study tried to provide evidence to examine the idea, proposed by Duckworth and Gross in 2014, that self-control and grit can be separable determinants of people’s success. This study not only examines these determinants’ impact on students’ academic growth but also explore their relations with other positive factors.
