Exploring the Relationship between Inspirational Content and Memory Retention

Abstract
The current study examined whether the inclusion of inspirational content aids memory retention of previously learned material. Results indicate that participants better retained inspirational content over informational content immediately following exposure to the content and after a 24-hour period.
