Biofeedback and Stress Responses to Repetitive Fractal Patterns

This study examined the effects of repetitive fractal patterns (kaleidoscope presentation) and a variety of biofeedback responses (ECG, EEG, EDA, OXY, and EEG). Additionally we examined the relationship with levels of stress (measured through self-report (perceived stress scale) and through an examination of salivary cortisol), results indicate an inverse relationship.
