Challenging Replication Studies: Cognitive Responses Vary with the Physical Environment

The replication crisis in psychology has shown that key studies often do not replicate in different laboratories. Few studies consider whether the different environment could affect their results. Using frustration and change detection paradigms, we show that show that minor environmental changes can influence the results of an experiment.
