Abstract

We examined the interaction of polygenic risk for neuroticism (NE) and adverse and enriched environments on symptoms of depression in the Wisconsin Longitudinal Study. A significant gene-environment interaction was detected; individuals with high PRS for NE were more vulnerable to SLE (more depression) relative to individuals with low PRS.
