Abstract

Stereotype threat affects multiple social groups with both immediate and long-term consequences. Therefore, it is of a particular importance to evaluate strategies to reduce the effects. We evaluate the effectiveness of power posing at mitigating effects of stereotype threat experienced by women making financial decisions.
