Abstract
Ethnic identity, belonging and perceptions of white privilege were investigated among a sample of college women. Findings indicate a positive relationship between ethnic identity belonging and exploration in quantitative analyses; however, qualitative analyses reveal a more complex picture of identity development and perceptions of privilege.
