Age Bias across Religion, Age, and Health Related Work Justifications

We hypothesized respondents' age, religion, or region would not impact their perception of workplace justifications. Justifications included three work scenarios emphasizing a preferred workplace treatment due to a person's age, religion, or health. Using a multilinear regression and an ANOVA, we found age impacting the perception of work justifications.
