Abstract
Organizations are investing in resilience training for units and teams, but the return on investment for organizations is currently unknown. A conceptual process model and meta-analysis of unit/team training was done to understand relationships between unit resilience and organizational performance outcomes. The results are mixed, but support some training benefits.
