A cross-sectional analysis of 11,156 participants from ages 15-70 reveal that the decline in narcissism is steady for men, but women display two rapid drops at age 20 and 50. Furthermore, although men have higher levels of narcissism, between the ages of 44-48 and 61-65 both genders report equal levels.
