Abstract

Attrition is characterized by an intent to leave or quit. Utilizing data from an online occupational health survey. A comprehensive study on teachers (n= 2,588) demonstrated predictors of attrition included occupational and psychosocial factors such as years teaching, certification, stress, panic disorder, anxiety disorder, and somatization disorder (all p <.05).
