Towards Incorporating Genetic Risk Scores into Symptom Networks

In network models, mental disorders are assumed to arise from interactions between symptoms and other psychological, biological, and sociological agents. The aim of this study was to exploratively investigate whether specific links arise between a polygenic risk score for schizophrenia and specific measures of psychosis proneness, within a network model.
