Abstract
Female focus groups were asked about previous sexual education, sexual behaviors and feelings of pressure associated with sex. Themes related to insufficient sexual education, ambiguity of consent, and pressure from either sexual partners or peers were prominent in all groups, suggesting a potential relationship between sexual education and consensual miscommunication.
