Abstract

This study investigated how passion and resiliency for innovation buffer against ill-being and promote job performance. Findings showed that passion and resiliency for innovation had positive effect on job performance and that the effect of ill-being on job performance was weaker for employees with higher passion and resiliency for innovation.
