Abstract

This research examines the relationship between job satisfaction and being a creative catalyst, and whether that relationship depends on one's creative self-efficacy. Stepwise regression results suggest that job satisfaction and being a creative catalyst are positively related, but that creative self-efficacy does not moderate that positive relationship.
