Attachment Relationships with Parents and Peers in India and USA

This study explores links between attachment-style to the mother and attachment/relational-style to the bestfriend in children in India and the United-States. Results indicate that attachment to the mother was significantly related to attachment to the bestfriend in the Indian sample, while these links were less significant for the American sample.
