Abstract

The study examines how parental beliefs about the malleability of intelligence influence persistence in children with ADHD. We hypothesized that children of parents with a growth mindset would demonstrate greater persistence than children of parents with a fixed mindset. Preliminary findings indicate parent mindset is weakly correlated with child persistence.
