Abstract

Mindfulness and connection to nature (CN) have been associated with reduced distress and improved psychological well-being (PWB).This study assessed these constructs, concurrently, in one study. We examined if both CN & mindfulness can moderate the effects of stressors on PWB and if mindfulness mediates the association between CN & PWB
