Abstract
The study aimed to examine the effect of psychopathic personality traits upon juror decision making among 424 jury-eligible participants from the UK. In a series of rape trial simulations, high in ecological validity, latent profile analyses revealed psychopathic personality traits were significantly associated with verdict preferences among the community sample.
