Abstract

Research has shown that highly sensitive temperament and family cohesion separately predict children’s negative outcomes. It hasn’t addressed the interaction of these two factors on processes that reduce negative outcomes. The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of family cohesion and sensitive temperament on children’s positive rumination.
