Renewal of Conditioned Fear Installed with Film Clips

Current conditioning paradigms often lack complex stimuli, but these are necessary to model the acquisition of complex fear memories and to test interventions aimed at changing fearful memories. Here, we demonstrate fear conditioning and renewal of fear using aversive film clips, indicating the usability of this model for future research.
