Abstract

Social media addiction is an ongoing problem that can result in maladaptive behaviors and interfere with interpersonal relations. This study assessed social media behaviors and psycholosocial factors associated with high levels of social media addiction, identifying key factors such as intensity of use, low empathic concern, and major depression.
