Reducing Racial Bias in the Decision to Shoot

Abstract
The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of implicit evaluative conditioning on implicit racial bias. Our hypothesis is that individuals who are primed with black-positive adjective pairings, will show less racial bias on the WIT. The results could have profound social impacts.
