Abstract

Military personnel are prone to various sleep disturbances including sleep disorders, short sleep duration and sleep fragmentation, particularly in real-world environments. The current study sought to create a novel approach to quantify objective measures of sleep during a simulated combat operation and examine its relationship to team performance.
