Abstract

Research on social media has shown an influence on false memory creation (Fenn, Griffin, Uitvlugt, & Ravizza, 2014) while research on emotional content has shown a differential impact (Porter, Taylor, & Brinke, 2008). This study investigated the relationship between emotional content on the creation of false memories through social media.
