Abstract

Enhancing psychological resilience is important to the military. Thus, identifying factors that influence the efficacy of resiliency training is critical. Here, we demonstrate how implicit beliefs (fixed vs. malleable) about resilience influence the mental health of Soldiers preparing for real-world military operations.
