Abstract

In this study of 96 (K-5) teachers, we examined the relationships between teacher self efficacy, burnout, and reflective functioning (RF). RF was found to be a significant predictor of TSE. Additionally, findings suggest a significant indirect effect of RF on teacher burnout through TSE. Implications for professional development are discussed.
